vac was unable to verify your game session csgo
when i try start matchmaking to find a match play in competitive play

i get this error message..

i was playing csgo just a hour ago in competitive.. so i dont know what could have gone wrong since then..

anyone have a solution?

Look it up, there are plenty of topics on this. Happened to me on my last installation of Windows, I just verifed game cache, if it did it again I just decided to reinstall CSGO. No problems since.

just logout of steam acc and log back in. worked for me

I had this problem. I deleted and re-installed CS:GO but that did not work. I then deleted Steam and CS:GO and re-installed them both, which did work. When I just deleted CS, and re-installed, it had kept my options. When I deleted both, all my options were gone and I was back to default. So there must have been something in my option files that was causing the problem. It's a theory anyway...

I have the same problem but I really don't fancy losing my crosshair and other settings. I doubt that personal settings is the problem. I tried verifying files, exiting steam and w/e and none of it worked.. maybe I'll wait for next patch :/
